I think it is our mistake that we are staying in this loop.
Government does neither have intention nor instinct to develop AYUSH systems. One of the member of CCIM and senior faculty in a national institute told one day told students ‘why you joined to BAMS. we never asked or invited to join. It is your wish, you suffer.’
How much it helps to the students and as well as to the teachers, The number of post graduate teachers available now days, the regular concentration with the subject is necessity to teach the students, the touch with the students long hours will make more knowledgeable.The senior professors may appoint on the hour base to help the guidelines of teaching and their experience.
